Subscription FAQs
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval. Your freshly roasted coffee will be automatically delivered after each successful automatic order.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then our system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will receive the most AMAZING coffee on your doorstep each month, without the need to jump online and place your order every time!
Absolutely! You can pause, resume, or cancel a subscription any time you want through your customer account portal, as seen below. To resume a subscription after pausing, you will find a green Resume my subscription button where the Pause my subscription button currently shows.
If you have not created an account yet, and already placed an order with a subscription, just create an account using the same email address you used when you placed the subscription order. Please contact us directly if you run into any problems.
Just click on the account icon in the upper right-hand portion of the screen, or tap on Login from our mobile menu. If you have any difficulties with this, please do not hesitate to contact us! We would be more than happy to help!
You can skip or reschedule a charge through your customer account portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a skip payment button next to it. Use this to skip a charge/order. You can reschedule the charge/order by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date as seen in the image below.
Of course! You can add products to your subscription through your customer account portal as shown in the image below.
If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and update your payment methods. Just go to the subscription details page and click on the "Edit" text in red in the "Payment method" box. A secure link for editing your payment method will be emailed to you.
